They barely had staff that can help. One told me he'll be with me right away, but it took 25 minutes. There were other staff members that were there just sitting there talking/chatting. When reserving online, they don't tell you that when you pick up the car they'll take an extra $250 deposit. If I knew when I reserved the car, ahead of time, I could have planned for it to save time. I would have brought my card and saved time to make my business meeting on time. I was late because of that and all they told me when I asked they inform customers ahead of time, was sorry.

did have have proper equipment for road side troubles.
