The hotel mgr Mr shavillio is rude and dangerous to guests He was standing out side my room smoking cigarettes and drinking from a cup I woke up with two burns around my eyes., very strange The employees are very rude and violent I would never stay there again unless they get rid of the hotel manager a bad experience more than once has encouraged me to boycott the thuggish treatment of Ramada Maingate Kissimmee Florida.
