Stayed here for my brothers wedding and we loved it! The staff was friendly and the rooms are amazing.

Will stay again

My only complaint is that the hotel advertises they serve breakfast until 11am. when I went to the restaurant at 10:20 not only did I hVe to seat myself, but the staff was very rude also.

Hotel was chosen by corporate folks-here for training.

Amazing room and great customer service. Overall amazing value! Would really like for the shuttle to go to downtown Nashville rather than the 5 mile radius.

The front desk staff were great. I was continuously locking myself out of my room and having to walk back down to the front desk was a nuisance; as I was on the fourth floor. After about the fourth or fifth attempt-- a young lady (I think her name was Becky?) brought up a fresh set of keys to me rather than having me walk back down to the front desk. Emilia offered me a bottle of water as I was checking in and the young lady who checked me out was very sweet (Jasmine?)
