The physical appearance was good and the service was great. We didn't like the fact that, there was one set of elevators and we had go walk so far to our room.

The hotel lobby was great. Checking was easy. Navigating the hotel was a major pain. Since the infrastructure of the hotel won't change, they should have better signs. I booked a double queen room and got a double full. Not cool
