Very clean

Day staff was great ! Room was nice. My husband is disabled, room was on 3rd floor with only 1 working elevator, no handicap parking available. Evening staff was snippy. Breakfast was not as nice or as good as we have had in other Hiltons.

We arrived to check in and the computers were down. They started to check us in, gave us a room key but told us to follow the manager bc shed check if someone was already in that room. It was almost 12am. We waited on the floor of our supposed room and the manager (?) came back to inform us that the room was taken. So we waited until she came back and took us to another floor to an available room. It was too late for all of this and we weren't the only ones that had had issues with rooms being taken upon arrival. Also, we asked for a tooth brush to be brought up and it never was.

The double bed are extremely uncomfortable & not made for 2 adults at all.
