I like the vegetarian options

The person serving me asked if I wanted chips and a drink. I said yes. He rings me up and when I asked for my cup he states he didn't charge me for a drink. This has happened multiple times at this location (Seminary in Fort Worth, TX) and it is the manager who does it always. I will not be going back and there are no Subways convenient to me anywhere else. You've lost my business and that of my clinic staff as well. Extremely poor management and even worse customer service.
