I had never used the subway drive thru and it was late at night. I totally missed the menu board as it was not lit up. So I just drove to the window not knowing there was a menu board. The girl inside saw me and wouldn't come to the window. After nearly 8 minutes she finally came to the window to tell me I missed the menu board. Disappointed. :(
