The lady assisting me was extremely friendly - I DID NOT LIKE THE CAR I was given. Jeep Patriot - HORRIBLE and unsafe ratings !! I asked for a midsize car and they placed me in that because ford was paying ...... I even asked to go back to a car once I saw the jeep and was told I couldn't change

Asked for a Kia - didn't have one - asked for midsize car - got a Heep Patriot ??. Most unsafe vehicle around !
