Employees are very nice esp manager but wait to get car was very delayed which interfere with work schedule. Very polite employees though which helps!

Received a car with over 32,000 miles with brakes that squeaked, which to me was a safety issue. Wipers did not work properly, another safety issue. Asked to trade cars as we rented for two weeks but they didn't seem to care
