Good and staff were awesome. Love the girls up front. However, i have some complaints regarding a certain employee I spoke to today. It starts with the fact that I thought I left my back brace in the women's bathroom. I need this back brace very much for severe back issues. It's new to me, so I'm no where near used to wearing it. I've learned to deal with the pain for the past two years. Obviously I need it for medical reason. I called and spoke to the young gentleman about the situation. he was decent on the phone at first. He said he would take a look. I called back about 5 min or so later and asked about it. He said "I haven't checked on that because we're BUSY." Sounded quite rude. I said not a problem. My fiancé is on his way. Thank you!" Then he hangs up with not a single acknowledgement or goodbye. I ended up finding my brace. But the point of all of this is, no matter busy you get, don't treat your paying customers (especially regulars) disrespectfully. I worked in the service for almost 8 years and I definitely know what exceptional customer service is and what it means for ANY business/franchise.. And honestly the economy as a whole. You could have incredible food, but if your service is absolutely terrible AT ALL, your sales will plummet due to poor customer service. "Eyes of the customer" yall. It is the most crucial part of this industry. Put yourself in their shoes and see how YOU would like to be treated as a paying customer. Customer service is a HUGE part of running an establishment. Thanks for your time.

Sandwich Artist was on the phone the entire time I was dining in the restaurant. She only put it down once, to put out a few chips. The counter window needed to be cleaned a little bit. I also saw a few small bugs flying over the pickles. Overall clean & fresh.

The manager/owner of this particular Subway was very rude. His employee made an error at the register and he made me feel like it was my fault. I will NEVER go back in there again!!!
