Very icy towards end of dad but otherwise good

In 35 years of skiing, never lost lift ticket. Yesterday I lost my ticket. Guest services gave me another after short process to verify purchase. Late in the process I found my receipt. Been to SR 12 times over the years. From Virginia. Very professional response to my situation. Thanks again.
