The hotel was run-down for a Residence Inn. Front desk staff was not great. When arriving, the lady at the desk was not letting us check into our room even though it was ready (even the house keeper came up and said it was). We asked for an early check in and the mobile app allowed us to do it. We were there at 2, which is not super early. So then, while the front desk lady was making me and my family wait on her, she was making up things to do behind the desk to look busy, and even called herself and loudly stated the arrival policy so that we could hear it (how unprofessional!). I got the house keeper to come back and tell her the room was ready, and suddenly the lady said, "oh I guess I can let you into the room then." Many other interactions were snooty and sub-par for a Residence Inn stay. Have stayed here before quite a few times, but after this we will not stay here again nor recommend others too either.
