This location also holds up to the high standards in food service and customer service that I think most customers have come to expect from this chain restaurant. I love this location because it's easy access in terms of getting in and out. Therefore, there are never any traffic jams in the parking lot or around the drive through, even despite the high volume of customers they serve each day. The staff I have found to be exceptionally fantastic in providing excellent customer service. The staff is always pleasant, enthusiastic, attentive and engaged. Additionally, I have observed that the staff anticipates the needs of each individual customer and goes above and beyond, be it the little things like adding an extra sauce to your bag or some other greater task required of them to maintain customer satisfaction.
