We were first greeted by a new employee and asked if it was ok to create a sandwich that was on menu because I knew what was on it and he said yes. As he was creating the sandwich his supervisor stopped him from making the sandwich and took over making the sandwich sending new employee to help other customers and said its not on the menu so we can't do it. My reply was "he was doing great and didn't need your help so if you don't mind i'd rather he continued helping me." Since when do you tell paying customers they can't have what they want if they're paying for it?
