Service was very slow. Another employee would have been nice. She was nice though once she got to me.

The employee who rang me up did not do a good job when using points from my subway card. I asked to use it for cookies and he did that but then used 20 more to pay for my drink when I had said I wanted the breakfast combo for 3.75. I ended up paying $4 for my sandwich and losing 20 points on a drink that was essentially free anyway. He didn't know how to correct the transaction.
