The staff was very friendly and they did a great job making the sandwiches. The reason I said I was dissatisfied is because the bread was so incredibly dry! I've never had subway bread that was that dry. I didn't even say anything either because I didn't want to ruin other people's experience. My husband said his was dry and then I said mine was too, then I knew my bread wasn't the only one that was dry. We didn't have the same kind of bread either. I had wheat and he had a different kind.

The food was good and the service was fast. The only issue I had was I asked for no onions and the lady grabbed the onions and was about to put them on. I know it was an accident which is totally fine. The thing is onions have a very strong taste so since she didn't change her gloves I was worried I'd be able to taste it in the sandwich. I had this happen one other time and I could taste the onions for sure even though there were none on the sandwich. My husband is SERIOUSLY allergic to onions so I don't ever eat them because he can't even kiss me if I have eaten them. My advice is if they reach for onions or jalapeño and the customer didn't want those they need to change their gloves before they continue making the sandwich.
