I had to drive to 3 different locations to get a car. After I got to the location on Jefferson, the manager i believe his name is Joe made me wait almost two hours to get me a car. Many customers came after me, he managed to take care of them first. His management skills is way low. He did not even apologize or show any sincerity. I feel maybe he didn't like me. I wish he knew I manage a large firm and main part of my job is sharing with the associates about my experiences at the places I go. Please help Joe on people skills. He can be a good manager someday.
