The gal at the front desk (Dulce) was EXTREMELY nice and accommodating. We arrived at 9:30p after spending a long day traveling, missing our flight home, etc., and she was kind and considerate to our needs (and bad moods)!! I was very impressed by her, in particular.

Our drain was broken when we got to the hotel then they fixed it. And the elevators broke to where we couldn't get to our floor conveniently. Besides that, it was perfect!
