Very nice decor inside. Clean. Safe area. Landscaping was nice also

Pool and jacuzzi was dirty. My card for my room deactivated twice once while my daughter and I were socking wet and freezing the night manger made is wait 10 mins. While he serviced new client coming in while standing there dripping wet just to have room key reactivated. Then insulted my intelligent and asked questions like "are you sure you know who to use the card"! Really.....
