Ordered online. Waited 15 minutes to pick it up. When I got there I was told it wasn't ready yet. Not a big deal. Customers coming in ordered their food and walked out. After 10 minutes of waiting for other customers to get their food, mine was finally ready. I ordered online for convenience but it ended up being an inconvenience and taking longer than if I just came in and ordered.
