This franchise has some major issues. To start off, they were out of almost all of the chips and the employee had to go and get them from the back along with our cups. After filling our cups I realized they were out of kids for the smaller cups. Too frustrated to say anything my kids and I didn't have kids. The bread on my sandwich was literally hard. My kids bread was soft, but I have never tasted more stale bread in my 20 years plus visiting Mr.G. I asked the guy at the counter for some fresh bread and said I would just swap it out for the hard old bread. He was nice and told me the girl working there was late to open and that was why the bread was hard. This is the worst part.... I went to the bathroom and realized the soap dispenser was on the floor broken and completely empty. So so gross. Where was I going to wash my hands and where does the girl working there wash her hands after she uses the rest room???? I had to go to the men's bathroom to wash up and it. Was DISGUSTING! The toilet was full of urine and filthy! We just threw our food away and left at that point. I love Mr. Goodcents and we will never go back to that one! I will let my friends know about it. Just awful!
