I like the food at Runza. Our food was hot but it took nearly 30 minutes to get our food which is ridiculous. The bathrooms were clean which I appreciated but the restaurant is definitely out dated

The cook was apparently in a hurry- there was a gallon of mustard on the cheeseburger. It not only destroyed the entire burger taste wise, but literally exploded all over- it stained the front of my shirt, my moms shirt who took it from the bag, got all over our car, & us. I was too far away from the restaurant or would've gotten a refund. Very irritating.
