We have stayed at this hotel for the past 5 years on NYE. This year I was very disappointed in the fact that the hot tub was out of order. I spoke to the front desk attendant and all she did was ask if I wanted to check out because of it. She was very unpleasant and rude with every interaction we had(she had red hair and I think glasses). She did not have very good customer service skills at all. This will be the last time we stay at your hotel. Service has always been good in the past but this time it was less than satisfactory. Very disappointing because we had really looked forward to our evening.
