We had to go to atleast 20 different rental car places and then enterprise finally gave us a car for almost $400 for one day. I will never use enterprise again!

I reserved a truck for 9:30 am. 9:30 am rolled around and the truck was nowhere to be found. Three hours later, they finally located the truck I was paying to rent. To apologize, they knocked off a whole $10. Furthermore, the guy told me the insurance was $20, and I was charged $30. Really disappointed with Enterprise.
