I usually have a very pleasant experience at Lenny's. The food is good. Most times the employees are friendly and welcoming. Yesterday, I went during lunch hour and it was packed. I was grateful for the 2 registers because the line was ridiculously long. I was greeted with a smile and the guy assisting me had good customer service.

the service was acceptable but the bread was hard and the sandwich seemed to be a smaller portion than I'm used to getting.

I always have a pleasant experience at Lenny's. The employees make me feel welcomed as soon as I walk in the door and they are very friendly and accommodating.

I had a BOGO coupon. The sandwiches aren't as good as Firehouse or subway but they were ok. I wouldn't return without a coupon. Staff was friendly.
