Booked a nonsmoking room online, was given a smoking room at checkin. Went back to the front desk and was told no other rooms available. Due to the time we felt we couldn't find another hotel in that area. We stayed. Breakfast was minimal and we choose not to eat because line was long and cereal or bagel was only options left. First and most likely last stay with this chain.
