Bad customer service they do not communicate well at all company wide, very dissatisfied

The guy Ben there is always very arrogant and not very "customer friendly" it's like he's just there to get a check. However I do like Travis very well he seems compassionate consistently. I had a scheduled appt and I was still there over 2 hours. If an appt is made a bay should be available upon arrival. I also asked and hour after my appt if I'd be out within the hour because of a prior arrangement I was reassured I was but that clearly didn't happen. I was NOT happy with my visit at all but the gentleman that checked me out was apologetic for my frustration, which I appreciated.
