DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston - Downtown

Sean immediately welcomed us as we approach the desk. He is an ambassador for not only the Doubletree by the city of Boston! We came in to watch this three game baseball series, and although we were the opposing team, he treated us like royalty. Our first day at breakfast, which was Friday morning, was a little rough. They ran out of eggs, bacon, and French toast... The other three breakfasts which were Saturday Sunday and Monday were all great. I would highly recommend this hotel, we will be back to not only Boston but the Boston Doubletree

Great staff and overall positive experience. The pillows and showers need some upgrading tho.

I really like the DoubleTree Boston overall. The staff is friendly, there's a Starbucks in the lobby and I love that there are warm cookies - it's a little thing that makes me feel more at home while I'm traveling for work. My only complaint is that when we arrived Monday night, there was a large patch of ice on the sidewalk right in front of the entrance. It hadn't just showed so this definitely should've been salted.

It was nice. No complaints really, aside from a mean barista at the Starbucks in the lobby.

It was great but really expensive

The pillows are kinda flat but otherwise it was a good stay. Convenient location, would book again in Boston if price was right

Friendly staff; very accommodating! We had leftovers from a restaurant and they brought up a fridge and microwave for us to heat them up. Fresh cookies when you check in, and overall great atmosphere

Elevator was very slow. Great location.
