Credit card machine was down but the staff handled it professionally.

I placed a call ahead order and let the employee know I was on a time limit. She estimated 15-20 minutes. When I arrived, my sandwiches were made but I waiting another 10 minutes for fries and to be checked out (as there were people ahead waiting to pay even though their food wasn't ready). I would hope the checkout process would be quicker for call ahead orders.
