Good, but to salty

I ordered at 1208. By 1231 I still had not received my food. I asked the girl that was taking orders to people who came in after me. She took my receipt but didn't tell me anything. I waited some more. Finally, after multiple orders were served to people who arrived well after I did, I asked for and received a refund, and went across the street to Arby's, where my order arrived in less than 5 minutes.
