Good stay

I came to the front desk twice and had to wait at least 3-5 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. On two different occasions they were busy with something else. My recommendation is either they do what they're doing at the front desk, don't do the task, or wait until more staff comes in to assist the customer. Both times the staff was friendly and apologized for the wait.
