I love substations food. I was unhappy that I stood at the register for what felt like 5 minutes, made eye contact with multiple employees and no one waited on me. Employees were too worried about their own conversation than servicing the customer. I love the food so much this will not cause me to not return but i could see where it could affect someone else in that way.

It took me four tables to find one that was not sticky like glue before I was comfortable to sit down at one and eat my lunch

Sandwich was very soggy. I think they put the vinegar directly onto the bread. They did not make either order correctly. Robin took my order. This has been a favorite of my for 25+ years but I was very disappointed.
