great place to stay. the staff was very friendly and really went out of their way to make us comfortable.

Horrible staff and no one checked us in

The stay itself was not bad. We noticed, after checking out, that my daughter left her phone in the room. I went back and looked (5 minutes after leaving). I didn't see it in the room. I told the front desk. After our event, we returned. The room had been cleaned. No phone. Looking back at our course of events, there is no other place it could be. VERY disappointed!!
