Staff at front desk very helpful. And very nice when I came downstairs MULTIPLE times to ask for your delicious cookies. Always love staying at the double tree!

This hotel is clean. It's a tad smaller than other doubletree hotels I've stayed at. My child was very disappointed that there was no tub in the bathroom.

It seemed pretty loud as far as the ambient noise in the hotel rooms by the other rooms around. Also, I thought the cleaning was sub par. I ordered room service at4:30 and put it outside my room and the next morning it was still outside along with other rooms near me.
