Comfort Suites

Attended a wedding reception in one of the ballrooms. Was very nice. The staff was great and the atmosphere was perfect for the occasion. Considering using these amenities for a family reunion.

Person on duty was hiding for a long time We walked all over the place until a bell went off as I entered the snack room. Then a person came out of hiding and glared at me. I said we are here to check in. She didnt honor our confirmation from hotel.com until we called hotel.com and they talked to her. No smiles no welcome. Ugh frustrating Carts and cleaning stuff out but no people cleaning The room was lovely though Great sleep!!
