I love Comfort Suites! The beds are super comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is served plentiful!

The rooms are spacious and extremely nice! The bed was very comfortable. I was able to get a needed nights rest !

Usually I love staying at this Hotel. This visit was different. The night clerk was good. Had good personality. The day shift clerk wasn't as enthusiastic. I pd for an additional night but wasn't given credit timely and had to go back down to desk. When we left for the day, our rooms weren't cleaned at all and we'd asked for add'l towels. Upon returning, only 2 towels were left in bathroom & all the dirty ones we left on floor for pick-up were still there! The comforter on one of the beds was not clean from prior stay. I am very disappointed in this stay. It's usually not like this. ??
