Great value

Showers need more attention and front desk was a little disorganized with reservations.

The kid working the desk had a this is how it is take it or leave it kind of attitude. He did not seem to be very informed or well-trained. The carpet throughout the entire hotel was stained and dirty. Blankets and comforter were filthy. They had some kind of brown food I hope caked on them. The room smelled really bad in the pool had some kind of weird film on it. I was really embarrassed because I had a previous experience with comfort suites that was really nice so I suggested it to the people that I was with and I'm still catching ridicule for it. They will no longer let me choose the hotel.
