Not enough parking. When you have to walk 2 blocks to get to hotel that's not good. Only 10 spaces at hotel that is not good.

This was my 3rd visit to this hotel. The stay was less than optimum due to freezing temperatures causing a water break and flooded frozen driveway, doors are not timed well so the lobby was bitterly cold, insufficient room for breakfast & insufficiently stocked breakfast. The room was comfortable but other issues left me feeling less satisfied than usual.
