Issues with billing

When I checked in it was great. But when I awoke to take a shower the shower had hair from the previous guest still in the tub. Very disgusted.

Made reservations 10 days in advance. Specifically chose this hotel because they were "pet friendly". When we arrived, we were told that we couldn't stay there because they had changed their pet policy three days prior. We had not been notified. Then we were told that we would be charged for the room because we arrived after 6 pm. WHAT? You change your policy mid-stream, don't notify the customer, tell us we can't stay and then try to charge us for the room? We were allowed to stay after a "spirited" conversation with the General Manager. Then she tried to charge us a $100 room cleaning fee. You just can't fix stupid. Someone needs to read "Customer Service for Dummies".
