When I went in I received an employee that just started. (So everything was new to her) She still was able to deliver excellent service and because she was new she had some assistance who answered questions that she could not. After my loan the manager came and spoke with me to make sure everything went well. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had a great experience here.
