asnothe wait for the casual dining restaurant was over 45 minutes and we waited 15 minutes for a staff member to tell us that since there was no host. over half the tables were open which tells they were severely understaffed at 7:45 PM on a Saturday to handle a pretty typical dinner rush time.

My steak at the O.H. Lounge was slightly over cooked and had a lot of fat on it, but it still had a nice flavor.

Was at Hollywood Casino for a business event. Been there serval time for these events and this place is alway great.
