Went with friends who were in town and had a good time. They agreed with me that the bathrooms are not vented well and smell.

Staff could be friendlier. We spend allot of money gambling. They act like they are doing us a favor when they have to assist us. I realize it gets busy when you have a promotion going on but that is why you run it

I frequent Hollywood based on offerings of incentives and promotions. Sometime I am there twice a week. Overall it is a nice building and facility, but they still have not figured out how to keep the restrooms vented. They smell all the time. They are clean of most clutter and mess and I know they are cleaned often, but the room always stinks and it seems to me at least that it is poor ventilation.

Bathrooms were clean but only slightly messy (bins needed emptied, water all over counters etc). Service was not top notch in the oh restaurant. Floor staff was friendly enough. Would go back.
