Bathrooms could be cleaner

I did not win anything a all my money went too fast and I hit no bonus so not much fun

Good place. Overwhelming. Too much going on. Felt rather dirty

Too many machines. Lol

Their machines are way too tight will never go back

It was a nice facility but I won't be returning. I don't mind losing, but it would be nice if the machines let you win a little and they didn't. Not fun playing at all.

The servers were rude and hard to find. The food was overly priced too.

Server very good. Prime rib so so.

I won't be going back to Hollywood Casino very often since they lowered my free slot play money to $20, split twice a week, & dropped my food comp to $5 (what a joke!), as I live over 100 miles away & it's just not worthwhile to me to travel that far for no more than that. Also, it's apparent to me, as well as others that I've spoken with that they've really tightened up their slot machines, almost to the point that it's not even fun to gamble there anymore. When you know you stand a very small chance of winning, & if you do win, it won't be much, it just isn't very appealing. When they first opened, I got some really nice, big wins. I guess they allowed that in the beginning, to get people hooked, & now that they're established, they've tightened their machines up to the point that big wins are almost impossible! If they're not gonna give people the chance to win, they could at least give them more free slot play money! Lol!
