I now see that enterprise rental car has new staff and a great variety of selection of cars. There are definitely better customers and the speed of service has increased tremendously.

I hope they bring more high end cars so that customers can rent on a daily basis. Customers that has high end cars shouldn't be put in cheap cars even though it is all they have.

They need a better selection of premium cars. That would be good for walk-ins that are local.

There were no cars at the location I was at and I waited for an hour for a little Chevrolet Spark so they need to add more cars to their fleet or they will slowly lose valuable customers.

I have been renting cars with this company for a very long time. It is a good company and I wouldn't trade it for no other. They are very reasonable.
