if customers have to file a claim on their personal insurance, enterprise should allow a 30 window to receive a 3rd party claim, then bill the customer if unpaid.

Even though I have spent $600 in the past 2 and a half weeks renting cars from you. I wasn't allowed to renew my rental for another week
