Started having an issue with my tire pressure gauge the day they put a new tire on. Took it back to see if they would check the sensor. They claimed their machine said it was BOTH back tires, it was most likely a computer problem, and I should take it to the dealership. They didn't offer to remove the tire or further check the sensor.

The south side discount tire staff was not helpful at all. I waited, no one in front of me for over 15 minutes in line. I spent over $600 on tires last month thru them and these tires are leaking air. They said to make an appointment later next week. Thanks for not checking. I'll take my business to a real tire place in Tire Rack. Lost my family's patronage forever!
