rude staff members and very hard bed

Enjoyed my stay but mattresses were so hard I woke up with a backache!

The hotel was very nice-clean, quiet with a nice breakfast. However, the mattresses in the rooms were awful. They were like concrete with a piece of felt over them. Worse mattresses in any hotel I have ever stayed at.

It is a very nice hotel. Not too crowded. I like the rooms.

hard beds, dirty floor. dried food on bedside phone -pizza sauce maybe?!? rude cleaning lady when we were not out of room by 930, surely check out was 10 or 11

In the room the furniture had stains. Hotel staff did not clean the room when we were gone. Other folks in our party had problems with their rooms like the air conditioner didn't work and there was leftover food in the refrigerator
