I felt at first that he was in no rush to assist me. He was on the computer. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I waited. Then I felt like he was trying to rush me out. We were suppose to have received a mid size car for the extra $6 a day instead I was given a compact car for an estimated $5 more than what I was originally quoted. He rushed me through the "walk around" and told me to call back on Monday if I want to upgrade for an additional charge. Not my best service from Enterprise, but my first 'no so good' experience.
