I had a very positive experience. Hotel was perfectly located for the event I was attending and also close to the airport. I had a great room with an exquisite view of downtown Dallas. Room was comfy and quiet. I would go back again.

Renaissance Hotel was a grand hotel. Our stay was made comfortable by the staff. Big hiccups existed between Hotels.com and the hotel - no fault of the hotel
