Food was awesome ! & came timely within a good price

This Steak n Shake location has horrible service. People were leaving their tables and the drive thru wait was over 30 minutes. On top of the ling wait, my food was cold. They even had to shut down the restaurant due to an accident. Oh, and someone told one of the waitresses they wanted to share a video of tonight's service with them, what does that mean? Made me nervous.
